Platform tier (Nexus Admin > Nexus Contributor) overrides everything. Client Admin manages users within a single client. Project Admin manages members and roles within a single project. The Client Admin is the default Project Admin but can hand the role off to another project member. Project tier (Committee > Analyst > Viewer) governs day-to-day diligence work. SellCo Lead is a restricted target-company role used only for document and questionnaire submission. Lower tiers cannot see higher-tier users.

An ingested document is flagged when its last-modified date exceeds the freshness window for its category, DR runbooks expire at 24 months, SOC 2 reports at 12 months, pen-test reports at 12 months, architecture diagrams at 18 months. Flagged docs do not satisfy the required-doc checklist until refreshed.

Custom question weights (1 to 10) auto-normalize within their pillar. Pillar weights stay fixed at 30/25/25/20 so the project total is always 100. Adding a heavier custom question redistributes weight inside the pillar, never across pillars.

Capture repo metadata (URL, primary language, CI tool, deployment runbook link). The simulated scan grades comment density, commit-message hygiene, CI workflow presence, deploy step documentation, branch protection, and secret scanning. Each check produces a Pass / Warn / Fail with remediation hints.

The Export Package and Export Scorecard PDF buttons (top-right and on the scorecard) generate a PDF + ZIP for the active project containing the executive scorecard, reconciliation findings, and required-document status. Export is not available to the Data-Room Viewer or SellCo Lead roles.
